Mission, Strategic Goal and Vision

The Public Fund “International Research Centre – Kazakhstan” (IRCK) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in Almaty, Kazakhstan. registration number № 116104-1910- ФД, dated 04 June 2019.

It was set up by not-indifferent individuals who are concerned about the need to reflect, take and scale up actions to advance and enhance cross-cultural dialogue, cooperation and synergy among people, communities and cultures.

Our mission and strategic vision is to build peace and safe shared future in an interdependent world, through culture and education, research and information. During the period of global pandemia it became more than clear to concentrate on these areas for the benefit of all. We see our strategic goal as the promotion and implemention of activities targeted for greater resilience, development and interaction across key focus areas. Focus Areas

Our key focus areas are:

Research and Development (academic, policy research, consulting), research infrastructure

Life-long learning (LLL), creating and promoting digital and blended learning and infrastructure

Enhancing peace, cross-cultural dialogue and encounters

Research, preservation, scaling up the cultural heritage - natural and cultural, tangible and intangible

Partnership and Networking

Though young, our organization is constantly evolving and growing.

We work with both Kazakhstan and international entities and individuals, including UNESCO Almaty Cluster Office, al Farabi Kazakh National University.

Among our plans is еру cooperation on online learning with Delhi-based Global Dialogue Forum and Centre for Promotion of Indian Culture (Sanskriti Samvardhan and Sanshodhan Pratishthan, Mumbai, India).
