Seminar-Training on PVE
In September 2019 jointly with UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty we conducted Research Capacity-Building Seminar Traning on Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE).
It was aimed at strengthening the capacity of local researchers as well as CSOs’ staff to conduct theoretically informed, empirically grounded and policy-relevant research and analysis on the phenomenon of violent extremism (VE) and its prevention (PVE). The workshop was moderated by Dr. Chiara Pierobon, a Senior Fellow, Project Manager and Lecturer at the Bielefeld University, Germany.
